• Any quotation shared via the Site, WhatsApp, phone, or email is indicative and may depend on details such as vehicle model/year, glass configuration, existing film condition, special requests, and inspection results.
• Final pricing will be confirmed upon verification of vehicle details and/or physical inspection where applicable.
• Promotions, packages, freebies, and pricing may change without notice, subject to availability and campaign period (if any).
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
   

4) Booking, Appointments & Customer Responsibilities.

When you request an appointment or booking:

• You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle details (e.g., model/year, preferred tint series, coverage, and appointment time).
• Appointment times are subject to confirmation and workshop availability.
• If you are running late or need to reschedule, please inform us as early as possible so we can assist with the next available slot.
• For service quality and safety, we may request that you remove personal items from the vehicle and disclose any existing issues (e.g., old film, damaged glass, defroster lines).
   

5) Installation & Results (Reasonable Expectations).

Tint appearance and performance may vary due to:

• glass type/angle, factory tint, and vehicle design
• lighting conditions and viewing angle
• curing time and weather/humidity

Minor visual effects during the curing period (e.g., haze, water marks, small bubbles) may occur and typically improve as the film cures. We will advise you on expected curing time and aftercare.

6) Aftercare Guidance.

After installation, you agree to follow reasonable aftercare guidance provided by our team (for example, avoiding lowering windows for a short period if advised, and avoiding harsh chemicals on film). Following aftercare guidance helps ensure optimal results.

7) Warranty (Where Applicable).

Where warranty coverage is provided:

• Warranty terms are subject to the applicable warranty conditions, proper use, and inspection results.
• Warranty typically does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper cleaning methods, vandalism, or external impact.
• Any warranty claim may require inspection of the vehicle/film and proof of purchase/installation record.
